PAINT PARTIES

HOW TO BOOK: Have an outdoor patio/rooftop or community space, then look no further!

Book at least two weeks in advance for IN-PERSON events and three weeks for VIRTUAL EVENTS. You will need to confirm on a date and time for your event. We require a minimum of 12 people to hold a Session both for kids and adult events. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your date/time or paid in full. Must be 21+ to book. 

WHAT IS PROVIDED?:

VIRTUAL

Pricing includes our Paint Kits with Shipping & Live Virtual Instruction. Paint Kits come with one Canvas, Paint, Paint Brushes, Mixing Plates, Easel, Apron, and Instructional Guide, plus an emailed link to your 2 hr private LIVE Zoom session.

Balance must be paid in full prior for your Paint Kits being shipped. *Kits will be shipped in a timely manner, and NO REFUNDS once Kits are shipped due to the nature of our products*

IN-PERSON: Canvases, easels, paint, brushes, mixing plates, aprons, paper towels, water cups, table covers, and 2 hr max of live instruction.

VIRTUAL 

Paint Kits: Range from $35.55 - $49.60 per kit (including shipping). Pricing varies due to shipping destination.

IN-PERSON: 

12-15 people: $32pp

20-30 people: $28pp

30-40: $25pp

40+: $22pp

TRAVEL FEES

Fees are calculated on distance and if tunnel/bridge tolls are required.

I DON’T HAVE ANY ARTISTIC TALENT! WILL I BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE PAINTING?

Absolutely! Our artists will guide you step by step through the painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of the class. There are no mistakes as acrylic paint dries quickly, making mistakes easy to fix and perfect.

EVENT CANCELLATION:

The booking deposit of $50 are non refundable. Full payments and remaining balances must be paid 24 hrs prior to event time. All cancellations made 48 hrs in advance will be refunded with exception $50.00 being withheld. All cancellations made informed within 24 hrs will be subject to a $250.00 cancellation fee. *Email Only For Cancellations: hello@artvivaevents.com

PAINT KITS 

Hosting your own Paint & Sip Event for a Kids Party, Birthday, Showers, Team Building or any other Special Occasion, you can choose our Paint Kit Party Packages (6-Pack) or (12-pack). Purchase directly on our PAINT KITS page. PLEASE NOTE: This is only for Paint Kit purchases which does not include private instruction.

WHAT IS PROVIDED?:

Per Kit: One Canvas, Paint, Paint Brushes, Mixing Plates, Easel, Apron, and Instructional Guide. 

REFUNDS?:

Once Paint Kits have been shipped you cannot receive any refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the materials. *Must email the studio

AMENITY SERVICES 

HOW IT WORKS?: For Property Managers and Event Coordinators 

IN-PERSON 

Set up begins one hour before the event, and take down will be 30-45 minutes.

The events will last 1.5 - 2 hours max. All painting supplies and table coverings are included ALL YOU DO is provide tables & chairs!

VIRTUAL

Paint Kits are individually packaged and dropped off at select buildings for residents to pick up. A Zoom link will be provided for event.

HOW TO BOOK:

Let us know your preferred date and time and how many events you are interested in holding. We require a minimum of 15 participants to run an event with a limit of 100 people for in-person events and no limit for Virtual Events.

ART COMMISSIONS

FOR ALL REQUESTS:

Please email the studio for all commission requests. We cover impressionistic and realism styles of painting from portraiture, landscapes, still life's, and animals.

OTHER QUESTIONS:

"DO YOU HAVE A STUDIO LOCATION?" 

No we do not have a physical studio we are a MOBILE ART ENTERTAINMENT service.

"DO YOU OFFER PAINT KITS FOR PICK UP?"

No we do not offer pick-up for supplies. 

"CAN I SWITCH AN EVENT DATE IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY?"

Yes you can switch and opt for another future date for any emergency cancellations. 

"CAN I ASK FOR A PERSONAL ART COMMISSION TO BE DONE?"

Yes email the studio for all commissions.
